  •        System & Method for the Assemble of assets

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

Many assets need to be assembled and checked for their capabilities in terms of what they can or cannot provide before they are redeployed in another production environment. The CSDCS (Common Schema and Data Catalogue Services) has an assemble component, which takes care of the asset assembly to the customer's tenancy in the OCI. The design of this component ensures that the assembly of the assets are done beforehand, thus that the success rate of the deployment remains high (more than 99% success rate). This requires that any deployment which has the user can perform needs to be certified and tested in the Staging area before it has been rolled out to Production. It saves significant effort by the redeployment team and ensures the reusability of the asset for the new purpose. Thus, an entity called Deployment BluePrint has been allocated in the Asset Discovery DB of the CSDCS system.

  • System & Method for the  Unified Assets Knowledge graph & Ontology (SMUAKGO)

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

The SMUAKGO service enables supporting logical relationships between digital assets (include all dynamic and static (a.k.a. non-automated and automated) digital entities such as code, or digital documents) of an organization. The SMUAKGO provides a unique process for simplifying defining, managing and querying different types of relationships between assets.
This process means the Assets definition, relationship extraction and marking, grouping, artifacts, visualization & articulation, which is simplified, intelligent, automated  & unfied. Logical relationships include any relationships that a pair of assets might have such as shared author, group, technology and etc. It allows the CSDCS platform to define segments for assets. Firstly, it identifies candidate concepts from asset descriptions to create a general and dynamic ontology. Secondly, it utilizes a novel process to process descriptions in natural language.Through this service, the organization can look up for assets using keywords and other search terms, while potentially, benefiting from any relationships between assets and other concepts relating to them.

  • System & Method for the Automation of deployment of assets

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

The CSDCS (Common Schema and Data Catalogue Services) has a deployment component which takes care of the deployment of the asset to the customers tenancy in the OCI cloud. The design of this component needs to make sure that the success rate of the deployment is very high (more than 99% success rate) . This requires that any deployment which has the user can perform needs to be certified and tested in the Staging area before it has been rolled out to Production . So an entity called Deployment BluePrint has been and modelled in the Asset Discovery DB of the CSDCS system.

  • System & Method for the cognitive search engine of assets

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

This new cloud service CSDCS constitutes the functionality of registering the Cloud assets (value added assets)  into a common schema, these assets can be searched using the cognitive search engine and interactive UI to achieve an outcome of 99.99% accuracy for the user who searches for the asset. If the resultant asset is deployable and the user opts to deploy it, the selected cloud asset(s) will be assembled & deployed automatically to the OCI Tenancy.

  • System & Method for the Common Schema Auto-discovery &  registry of assets (SMCSADRA)

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

The Invention "System & Method for the Common Schema Auto-Discovery & Registry of Assets (SMCSADRA)" for Oracle Cloud related to "Common Schema & Data Catalog Services (CSDCS)". This a unique system and method which does an auto discovery of assets in a single asset registry through the UI & assets in batch registry through an CSV to the schema. These assets consists of asset meta-data information, associated dependencies (whitepaper, blogs, videos), deployment blue prints which addressed the cyclic, version, transitive & exclusion dependencies of assets.  There is "no" limitation of number of assets to be registered. It addresses the challenge of maintaining million of assets data in a structured way such that it is very flexible for any of the Create-Read-Update-Delete operations.

  • System & Method for the end-to-end Common Schema a common asset registry & Data catalog services (CSDCS)

Invention Disclosure: Nov 4th 2022

The Invention System & Method for the end-to-end Common Schema a common asset registry & Data catalog services for the Center of Excellence Oracle Cloud is a OCI Accelerator.

The CSDCS service is a unique innovative process, which is an agnostic platform in which Assets can be unified from On-Prem, Hybrid Cloud, Heterogenous Cloud to Oracle Cloud. It enables organizations to manage the life cycle of digital assets in a unified way. The term Asset refers to any digital entity such as documents, text, image, media, programs, software images produced, maintained or managed by the organization. In some cases, organizations can have millions of assets. This service introduces a process of cognitive search capabilities for the Assets, then semantic analysis of the Assets includes the Knowledge Graph & Ontology representation, then the complete automation of the selected assets which will be assembled & deployed onto appropriate Oracle Cloud Tenancy. This process significantly improves the operational efficiency related to the time, cost & maintenance of Assets. The assets are catalogued with a search outcome of 99.99%. All the representation of Assets lifecycle are visualized providing the Unified User Interface & Experience (UI/UX). This service is microservice API driven light weight & loosely coupled.
